DayTag 始终秉持「数据属于用户」的原则。我们不收集、不上传、不追踪、不出售您的任何个人信息与打标数据。您的所有日常记录均 100% 保存在您的设备本地。
一、中文条款 (Chinese Version)
1. 信息收集与使用
DayTag 是一款离线优先的极简打标与习惯记录应用。在您使用本应用的过程中：
- 无需注册账号：我们不要求您创建账号，不收集您的姓名、电话号码、电子邮件或社交网络账号。
- 不收集行为与位置数据：我们不追踪您的地理位置、不读取通讯录、不访问剪贴板，亦不监控您的网络活动。
- 打标与习惯数据完全本地化：您创建的标签名、颜色、图标、每日打标时间戳以及习惯统计，均仅保存在您设备的 iOS 沙盒存储空间中。
2. 数据存储与安全
您的所有数据均保存在本地 Application Support 目录与 UserDefaults 中，受到 iOS 系统级沙盒与加密机制的严格保护。未经您的明确主动导出，任何第三方应用与外部服务器均无法读取此类数据。
3. 第三方 SDK 与分析服务
DayTag 不包含任何第三方广告 SDK、用户画像追踪 SDK（如 IDFA 跟踪）或第三方数据统计分析代码。我们致力于提供纯净、无骚扰、无隐秘上传的极简软件体验。
4. 数据控制与删除
您对自己的数据拥有完全的控制权：
- 您可以在 App 内随时删除、修改任何单条记录或标签；
- 当您从设备上卸载并删除 DayTag 时，本地沙盒中保存的全部数据将被 iOS 系统彻底清除，且无法恢复。
5. 儿童隐私保护
本应用不针对 13 岁以下儿童收集任何个人信息，适合全年龄段用户放心使用，完全符合 COPPA（儿童在线隐私保护法）的要求。
二、English Version (App Store Review & Global Users)
1. Information Collection and Use
DayTag ("we", "our", or "the App") is an offline-first minimalist logging and habit tracking tool. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it:
- No Account Required: You do not need to register an account. We never ask for or collect your name, phone number, email address, or social accounts.
- No Personal Data Tracking: We do not track your location, read your contacts, access clipboard data, or monitor your web browsing activity.
- 100% On-Device Data: Your custom tags, timestamps, colors, and habit streaks are stored exclusively on your device within the secure iOS app sandbox.
2. Data Storage and Security
All your entries and preferences reside locally within iOS standard sandbox storage (Application Support & UserDefaults). No logs or personal habits are transmitted to external servers.
3. Third-Party SDKs and Tracking
DayTag contains zero third-party advertising frameworks, zero analytic trackers, and zero tracking cookies. We do not track users across other apps or websites (IDFA tracking is completely disabled).
4. Data Ownership and Deletion
You have full ownership of your data. You may edit or delete any tag or record at any time. If you delete the DayTag application from your device, all associated data stored in the local sandbox will be permanently purged by iOS.
